8 acres is all. between two creeks. hard to get to. kind of wet in spots. thinking of just cutting it for hay twice a year. but what to seed? probably start with alfalfa/clover. but want to avoid reseeding as much as possible. Its in grass now, was hoping not to do too much tillage.
