Subject: help i know nothing!!!

i just got 2 quotes one is a Trimble 750 with cab field IQ kit, 5 section control, EZ Steer complete and installed----$12,995. Another dealer quoted Ag-Leader 800 and spray controls, Ag-Leader Ontrac 3 autosteer complete installed----$15,370. What is the difference in these 2 items? Why is the one more money, are these 2 quotes comparing apples to apples???
