northeast ohio | As CaseIHfarmer indicates a Trimble EZPilot would be more apples to apples. If the display is a GFX then the NAV900 can be unlocked to directly control the EZPilot motor (aka SAM200). Delear installation and support can be valuable if you are just getting started.
Where you might be able to save a few dollars buying used would be the FieldIQ components, but there are very few listed right now. So if you are in a hurry that’s not going to help much. https://talk.newagtalk.com/classifieds/Classified.aspx?id=162033
Are they both unlocked to the same receiver accuracy? That can make a huge difference in price.
These are the components of a GFX with EZPilot Pro. https://www.ebay.com/itm/TRIMBLE-GFX-750-Nav-900-EZ-Pilot-Pro-w-Unlo... Note that a GFX750 sold through a Trimble dealer is the same unit as a XCN1050 from a CNHi brand dealer. It is NOT the same as a XCN750.
If you are buying a new Trimble product then be sure to consider going to at least intermediate accuracy unlock. They are offering a used trade in program which ranges from $500 to $5000. The example I saw offered $1500 for a Raven SCS440 or $2000 for an old Trimble FMD. They probably don’t need to be functional.
