I was going to put this link in a thread down below where someone made a comment about vegetable oils. But I could not find the comment right off hand and it was getting down the page a long ways anyways. I know I have linked this video before for perhaps other reasons but he has a particularly interesting segment concerning the omega 3 oils vs the omega 6 oils. Watched it again this morning and always pick up new bits and pieces.

He shows a theory that perhaps it is not the omega's that make the difference but the oxidation of the oils. Shows the pathways that are blocked by oxidation. It is an excellent video and I try to watch anything Dr Paul Mason is involved it on Youtube. He does not do many presentations on his own but has done lots of interviews. I just do a Youtube search with his name to find them.
