My wife has commented and I have noticed I rarely have a pimple now. I had them modestly as a teenager and never completely got rid of it as an adult. But when I changed diets and went low carb and ditched the vegetable oils, 99.9% of it went away and stayed away.

There are so many things that have changed for the positive it is hard to remember them all until it comes up in conversation. For example I no longer suffer with dry eyes. Used to use eye drops regularly. Don't any more.
