Subject: Lipid panel - HDL and triglicerides

Pittsburg, Kansas

HDL and triglycerides are the important lipid panel markers (and something he did not mention, the ratio of the two). Not total cholesterol and LDL.

When I changed to a low carb ketogenic diet my triglycerides went down significantly and my HDL went significantly up. Just like he says in the video.
