| Does anyone knows what and how, to go about finding if a package was delivered.
I sent a parcel that was delivered to me and it was the wrong part and the company told me to send it back with their number.
It was two weeks ago and we phoned the company and they said they don't know it they got it or not.
We phoned UPS today and they said without the tracking number , there is nothing they can do about it.
The place we dealt with, is some of the rudest people you every want to deal with. The UPS guy took the package and just took it to the truck , and told me he would take care of it. No number of the package or nothing , as I thought that was the way it was done when the receiver was paying for it. This was the first time that we have every shipped something back like that.
