Ontario has different resources for mental health with call lines for support/advice. Do people in a really bad place call them? For me , when I feel depressed,stressed,ect. I really don't want to talk to anybody. Fwiw I really believe in talking to/calling friends that may need support , help or just want to talk.....Its a bad time for many right now
