I prefer fresh snap beans, tomatoes ,carrots,cauliflower, cabbage, ect. raw,uncooked ....Even a peeled potatoe with salt is good.....Does boiling,cooking change the nutritional or health benefits . And on carbs is a uncooked potatoe same as say mashed? tia
