| Not your normal shop questions. I am a SMALL operation so shop size is going to be 30w x 50l stick built with 2 x 6 walls connected to an existing 20w x 36l shop that will continue to serve as a tool room, small repairs and office. It will be 14 high with an 18 wide 12 high door. Everything I own will easily fit in a 10 high door. These things are not changing. What I am questioning is receptacle placement and numbers and any other handy or otherwise desirable options that need to be addressed during construction. Uses will be minor equipment repairs, welding, and occasional wood work projects. Suggestions on heat. Tennessee so not terrible cold and will only be heated when in use and only for a few hours at a time. Existing shop is heated all winter. 4 ft wide walk door connects the 2 shops so they can be isolated. Thanks | |
