Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | Phone is seven months old (was NIB). I know I had this problem previously with other Iphone 6S but resolved that one with total RESET. However not working this time with this one....starting to think this phone is broken...
The little button on top left side that goes up and down to turn sound on and off doesn't do anything.
Small circle at top shows occasional 'Silent Mode' with line thru bell. Have taken it out of case (as sometimes they can rub against button).
1) I have tried a hard restart of phone.
2) I have tried going in settings.
3) I have tried RESET with keeping everything else,
4) I now have tried RESET erase all and download all stuff again from icloud.
Nothing will get this puppy out of 'Silent Mode' so I can hear the ringer when phone rings.
Anyone have any ideas I can try other than I am very close to buying a newer model phone (which will be costly).
