Qulin, MO | Here’s something to try out to see if it is the switch and then get you by until you can get it fixed or get a new phone.
Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch and turn on Assistive Touch. A black box will come up with a circle. You can press it and another window will come up where you can press devices and then toggle the bell to turn the ringer on or off.
