I should say this video file will open and play on the VLC player I have on this windows ten laptop but it won't open in the windows movie editing program. In properties the movie is described as VOB Video File (VLC) (.VOB) . It is a home movie that I transferred from vhs video to a DVD some years ago. I was hoping to edit it some but as I said, it won't open in the windows movie editor. Any way to change it to an MP4 type file?
