Eagle River Ontario Canada | We recently picked up a piece of land that is abutting up to our original farm. Most of it is bush and my plan was to let the cows out into the bush and start clearing the brush. I was fairly gung ho about this until a few days ago when i read a couple articles about poisonous plants im bush pastures. How many of you guys graze bush lots? And what should i look out for. These lots were logged many years ago and did have cows grazed on them many many years ago. We are kind of in the situation where we definatly need to send these cows to the bush as they have pretty much ate all the grass where they are currently at. Thanks for any input. |
