Subject: Applying copper

Northern Nebraska
So I had some soil samples come back severely deficient in copper. Less than .8 ppm down to .5 ppm.

I've never heard of anyone apply copper near here. I also know that it is one of the most immobile nutrients. So in no till do I spray dissolved copper sulfate on top of the ground or figure out a way to to knife it in?
