I am only talking the 2018 F150 with the 5.0 engine. I have changed the oil 3 times. Each time is a night mare. The truck design has a torsion bar 2 inches behind the oil plug. The plastic plug is turned 180 degrees and it "falls out". I have no idea how to block the oil flow so it doesn't bounce off the torsion bar. Oil goes every where.

This is , to me, equivalent to God designing man with his testicles 2 inches from the butt hole. Every time you wipe, you get a little poo on the testicles.

Maybe the other engines are OK. The 5.0 is a mess when it comes to changing oil. I can just bet the engineer on that part of the truck was a young person, never saw an oil pan. Just knows how to drive the truck.
