My son wants to put up a hog finisher. He wants to put it on my farm and I am ok with it but was wondering on how to do it. I really don't want to sell the land for it but was thinking of long term lease. Looking at a 1240 or 2480. I am not wanting to be involved in the permitting process. It is in Illinois. Any suggestions on how to tie it all together?
