Give/sell him the minimum acres needed, 2-5 acres. He can pay for the surveying/legal fees or you can if you’re feeling gracious. You will I assume need to sign an easement for him to put manure on your land. It’s the simplest way to do it and it makes the most sense. If anything changes wham bam he can sell the hog barn, it’s already surveyed off.
