I have the engine out of my MX240 for an overhaul. I decided to put new u-joints on the driveshaft, while I’m waiting for the cam and cylinder head to get back. I crossed the u-joints to a Meritor number and saved a lot of money. I’m trying to see if anyone has modified the tinwork to make it easier to access the driveshaft. It’s a puzzle to get it apart when I was removing the engine.
