The Dow has risen to over 26000 points and still trading in the mid 24000 range, from 18000 points 2 years ago.on the next rally is it time to liquidate a portion of the stock portfolios and covert to cash. Seems the rates are trending up on cds. Very disappointed with the California and New York politicians that seem to lack common sense. Enjoyed 16% interest rates on cds in the eighties. Hated paying 20% on operating capitall. Maybe getting prepared could be profitable if cash becomes king.
