So my bride got a pasta kit thing for her mixer for Christmas. She followed directions and got the dough rolled out through the roller thingamabob. But when she goes to run it through the cutter, it balls up and plugs right away. She tried letting it dry a while and using flour to keep it from sticking, but no go. Any helpful hints she can use? TIA
