Subject: How do I add Bluetooth in my 2008 F-250 radio

South Central Illinois

Looks like the fine for holding a phone went up January 1,
My 2008 Ford F-250 radio has a phone button,
It does not do anything,
I understand that the truck is not compatible with the radio for Bluetooth,
Is there a way to access the radio and install a Bluetooth speaker system?
I have used the speaker phone many times,
Sometimes the speaker phone is not loud enough to overcome road noise,
What are my options besides trading trucks?
