Lowcountry SC | Looking at upgrading planters and found a used 6 row 2014 XP that we really like. Only thing is that is has factory hyd drive and pneumatic down pressure, I know just enough about each to be fairly dangerous and want to be sure I'm not overlooking anything. I don't see doing VR seeding anywhere in the near future, but time will tell. Curious what all is going to be involved with this project and the questions below are where I'm at for the moment. TIA!
1) Have a Gen 1 20/20 and old smart connector. Are there even capable of controlling both?
2) Row flow or another option?
