Subject: Hydraulic whine/noise on 3020 with loader

Northern, IL
I recently bought a 3020 diesel powershift with a 48 loader. I don't know much about the John Deere 20 series tractors. The hydraulic valve for the loader has a constant whine like it's building pressure. The noise goes away if you move the bucket or use a hyd outlet or move the 3pt like it relieves the pressure but the noise starts again as soon as you let off the lever. Does this plumbing for the loader look right? Is the loader valve wrong or something different for open center vs closed center hyd systems?
