The soft wheats and the HRSW all appear to be making par on sales, but the HRWW is already nearly 100 mil bushels behind last year. Why is movement so dead? Does it relate too some relative cost disadvantage of the Gulf as a point of shipment? Something to do with the traditional buyers out of the point? What is killing KC?
