While I agree VSR has had a negative effect on exports of HRWW, it was only implemented in April 2017, US market share has been declining long before that.
If we don’t get the exports in the second half of the marketing year, ending stocks will grow, in this marketing year, that is a given.
As far as next marketing years production, it is too early to guess at this point, let’s just get thru this marketing year and leave the guessing about next crop size and carry out till a later date, when we have more of the growing season behind us.
