Subject: Online recipes

Amherst WI
I’m the cook in the house. In an effort to break the monotony I’ll look recipes up online.

It drives me nuts when the author feels the need to write out 3-4 pages about the recipie. I don’t care just tell me how to make it and what goes in it. I assume nobody else cares that her sister inlaw named Christine, that they call Chris for short likes it.

Then you read the reviews. Oh it’s great but I did this instead of that (then that’s a different recipes isn’t it?), or rave reviews from the whole family...

Then you eat it. More often then not it’s like, hmmm yeah it’s okay but probably won’t make it again.

Am I the only one frustrated by this? Nothing worse than working hard all day and going through a meal prep just to be disappointed.
