North West IA/western AZ | A few weeks ago my good friend Adam (rebuilder) stopped at my farm for a tour and left a sample of the maple syrup his family has produced for many years. We finally got the occasion to have pancakes to try it out. A picture is worth a thousand words. My wife (who usually puts applesauce on hers) even liked it.
