southern MN | There is a fairly small, but apparently very heavy rainstorm meandering slowly across southern Minnesota this evening. There are 2 flood warnings up, where the little cell has stopped and spun, dropping 3 inches in a short time on both areas.
Watching it track, sort of following north of I-90, it seems lost, its up, down, stalls, moves, grows very heavy.....
Odd little storm with heavy downpours.
