| I have an early model 8300 sn# RW8300P003397 that keeps randomly shutting off. After much trouble shooting, we feel like it is the ECU. This tractor uses the Bosch ECU part# RE28320. I purchased a used ECU and took it to my local JD dealer and after some digging they say JD no longer offers support for this tractor and they have no idea how to program it for my engine vin. I don't want to be stuck with a $45,000 paper weight that looks like a tractor. Any help out there? | |
