Subject: Tuning John Deere Guidance in a SP sprayer

South Georgia
We have John Deere guidance driving our 4630 SP sprayer. It does a terrible job. The line acquisition is poor, even at very low speed, and crossing a terrace always gets it off the row.

My tires are properly inflated, my 2630 display and 3000 receiver are freshly updated. I have calibrated my TCM. I am on RTK and have a Deere base station in my yard. I have read the manual and that wasn’t much help. My dealer doesn’t seem interested in working on it.

Any thoughts on how to improve the performance? Is this a lost cause?
