RC2000 controlling Deere Hyd motor

Is it possible to control a Deere planter hyd motor with only a Rate Controller 2000?
I have a male row planter and a Hiniker air box I would like to drive . Currently have a Rawson Drive doing the task but would like to eliminate it.
