| I have a couple lots in a small town I am trying to figure what to do with.
One has a building and has about an acre of concrete parking that is unused. Area is relatively secure as it is surrounded by fence and the building. Also is a pretty crime free area.
Vehicles sit with the keys and tools in them with no problems. How much would be fair to charge for outside storage? By sq ft or vehicle etc?
The other area is on a main highway, no lights. Area is fenced with woven wire. I probably would put down gravel for this lot as I am not looking to put out a lot of $$.
