Subject: Can anyone confirm this?

The Original Lock Springs Rver Rat

I am running a 9760 with a 635 platform cutting beans, same machine I ran last year. Last year I set the track swath on 34.5' and did a great job all season. This year for some reason I am seeing a wide cut going one direction and a narrow  cut going the opposite direction. I would call this an offset.

For two days I have seen the same thing so I called Stellar support this morning and they told me the receiver is not centered over the platform, and I needed to dial in a receiver offset of 4 - 6 inches.

Is this correct? Why did I never see this problem last year with the same platform and machine? I cut the swath width down to 34.2 feet and was still leaving beans some times going one direction, with a narrow cut going the other way.

Can anyone confirm the offset? This is news to me,never noticed this problem in years past with 30' platforms and 9750's.
