Subject: Ethanol Insider... a question...

What are the challenges China faces in using out of condition corn for the production of ethanol? Can they just use it straight up? If so, can they still use the DDG's as feed? Or does there need to be some kind of blending with quality corn to make a blend fit for processing and subsequent feeding of the DDG's?
