Pumping currently from about 110 ft deep.  Plenty of water.  Good water, meaning it does not eat out my pivot. 

Well and pump are 28 years old.  Thinking maybe time to pull pump.  Can the pump be rebuilt ?  If so what parts would be reuseable?  Or is it best just put in a whole new pump?  What do others out there do?  Run it 30 + years before pulling?  Concern about getting hole in pump casing and then water coming out into well and hurting well.
