north east IN | Hired a new guy and he worked 3 days then he disappeared. We pay every two weeks Friday noon.
He texted Wednesday and wanted his paycheck now that it was against the law to withhold his paycheck. When people quit we mail the last check. Told him his check would be put in the mail Friday morning he said he would pick it up Thursday night or he was calling the IRS I said no it would be in the mail Friday morning. He said it better be in his mailbox Friday morning, replied in mail Friday morning. He finally texted back ok.
If he had asked nice if he could pick his check up and not pissed off my wife by demanding and saying he was calling the IRS he could of gotten it Thursday. | |
