Central IL | 5-10k budget for this project. The space shown in photo has roughly 60x40' available. Considering a 3 sided monoslope style shelter with its back to the north wind. Open concrete lot facing south, with a perimeter wall windbreak to shield off the west wind. (The existing fence in photo would be converted)
The plan would be to feed my own bottle to finish steers. I am currently feeding the ADM Growfast pellet/corn program coupled with synovex implants in another small feed yard. The feeder steers are growing well. Any input is appreciated as it is my first concrete lot install. Have been lucky enough to acquire access to a spin screed. I plan on doing all the construction myself. I can source continuous fence panels and hardware right down the road.
