SWOH | Is there any way to lock something that is unlocked on an Insight? For instance if multi product is unlocked, is there a way to lock it again?
Edit to add: I finally got the backup off of our bad Insight display to go on the good one. I'm not sure what I did but I turned it on this morning and it let me do it so I thought I'd let you know it is possible to do it even though the one I backed up to had multi product unlocked and the display that the backup was from did not. I'm not sure what was different this morning, I've tried several times to do this and didn't do anything different today. I just turned it on and it let me do it. Pretty puzzled as to why but at least everything is on the good one now. Thanks for your help.
