Subject: Insight yield monitor accuracy

far northeast corner of MO
I have a customer of mine that has an Insight yield monitor on a 9570 Deere. He keeps complaining to me that it's not accurate enough. He called today saying that it was off 18 bushels on a 1000 bu. semi load of corn. Corn is about 15-17% and I calibrated it the other day in the same percentage moisture corn. It was .8% off then when I finished calibrating it. So, what kind of accuracy should I shoot for? I don't think it being off 1.8% on a truck load of corn to be that bad. If you ask him it might as well be off 10%-20%!
