On a kohler engine on a splitter that won't start. Has spark and won't even pop on starting fluid. Checked thw compression. Won't pop mt thumb off the hole. Gauge reads 30 psi. Valve issue? Under warranty so I will have it looked at
.only ran maybe 4 tanks of gas through it last year.
