Subject: Sizing tile riser to tile line.

So I am building a dry dam/wascob that is not nrcs approved. I need big tile and max flow. I was doing some reading and figuring and it appears to me a 10" riser won't flow enough to fill a 10" line until water is stacked about 3' deep ( I believe this is going through the holes and not in the too). I also didn't realize how much more flow dual wall pipe has. Being I am only going 150' I considered using all dual wall and puttin a bigger like 12" riser on to get enough flow to fill the tile. My question is can a person put to much pressure through a riser that it damages the mainline? Of course this is less likely if I use dual wall but for another situation we have an 8" line they doesn't run full wondered about putting a bigger inlets on it also to increase flow?
Edit: the one I am building will have a maximum water depth of about 4.5'. The 8" that we have on a dam now is slow to drain maximum water depth is about 2' deep.
