Nebraska | Have a little soot on the air filter. Took off hose at muffler base that goes to the pre cleaner and there is no suction. This is under no load . Muffler looks great but must be something wrong inside. There is also a check valve that is suppose to keep exhaust from going into the pre cleaner. Was told this is a common problem and need to replace muffler. Any one know if the pre cleaner hose can be eliminated or is the only fix a new muffler. Thanks in advance | |
