Delta | Looking to see what the opinion is on AgTalk. Goals are automated surface ditch creation and levee creation for rice.
So far have looked into:
SMS Water Mgmt Module (not really a fit) FarmWorks Surface, GKTech ADMS, AgForm 3-D, have a friend that uses some Carlson Surveying Products that I don't know much about. Is there a good plugin that will do this in MapWindow GIS? Would like to find a balance of features and price. Most bang for my buck.
