Brandon, SD | Just about finished up for the season planting with my 6 row CIH 900 planter and John Deere 2950. Lookin to add some more ground next year and may be pushing capabilities of 6 row running nights and weekends.
Plus planter is getting a bit tired, needs a lot of holes de-egged gauge wheels etc.
Would my 2950 pull a 1250 12 row box planter? Tractor is 85pto with mfwd, would add duals and weight as needed.
Would get pto pump for planter, but how many remotes would I need?
Ground is mostly no til relatively flat.
Tractor doesn't even know 6 row is behind it.
