Subject: Verizon internet machinery

N. IL
Looking at going all wireless for home/office internet with Verizon unlimited. We have DSL now, but is awful since Frontier bought our Verizon landlines.

What is best option for the home wireless hotspot? Reviews are sketchy, good reception on phones for mobile hotspot, but don't want to burn batteries up using them for laptop, etc.

Is this unlimited thing going to work for home use? Our DSL is cheap, but never reliable and burning up phone data when the DSL is out. I have one kid with phone and another soon to get one, so the unlimited data is going to be a good thing. We have the whole farm on a shared data plan with VZ. Good service and availability in the house and shop. I may need a signal booster for another building where we use laptop and another connected device.
