| Not arguing with rods thoughts on them, however wouldn't right now be a fairly good time to do one? Assuming of course that you are a disciplined seller if/when futures rally. During spring planting there seems to be little grain movement and typically see decent basis strength. With all the corn still in farmers storage I feel like if we would get a good futures rally it would be partially offset by basis widening? There are a LOT of farmers waiting to sell the first decent rally, I can't see basis holding up well. Currently -.09 here for corn. Thoughts? | |
