I recently purchased a John Deere 425 lawn mower and am having an issue with it running at full speed. When the throttle is all the way up it doesn't travel very fast. Also with the throttle in the fast position when you go to engage the pto the mower wants to die. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and what the fix was? TIA
