Subject: Calibrating Auto Pilot

NW Central Iowa (Fort Dodge)
I reseantly bought a Trimble AutoPilot and controlling with a Ag Leader Insight. I am calibrating with AP toolbox.
I have a 2002 MX270 with a 3 point (quick Attach) Cyclo 900 12 row. OmniStar HP - 252

1. Should I calibrate with the planter on the tractor (its a 3 point planter)?
2. If yes should I calibrate with the planter in the air or in the ground?
3. Should I calibrate with no implements attached?
4. Does it matter if I calibrate in feild conditions, or will a a concrete packing lot work fine? (in Iowa it is WET!!)

What is the most accurate way to calibrate for the Autopilot
