Subject: Double ears

Sorry for those who have been pooping a golden nugget in their giddiness about plants with two ears, but unfortunately this is what happens when the plant decides to start filling the first ear. Notice the scrawny little things with a silk hanging out that were about equal to the top ear not long ago. Both of these fields are sidedressed and got 3 inches of rain last Friday, they lack for nothing.
